We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your Harrison Greetings order. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your cards for a different cards, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Returned cards must be returned packaged in original condition with no visible signs of wear or use. Please include the original product packaging kraft paper bags and card wrapping straps.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- If you have created an account at HarrisonGreetings.com, log in and go to your order history. Find the order you would like to request a refund for and click the “Refund” button.
- Choose the type of refund you would prefer: Exchange, Account Credit, Refund to Original Payment Method.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Return all the cards from your order back to us using the return shipping label provided.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned cards.
