REFUND POLICY ON PRINTED ITEMS:
Harrison Greetings does not offer returns on any fulfilled order. Our customers have 5 business days to inform us if anything is wrong with their order. We will be happy to EXCHANGE your product if there was an error with your order on our behalf. Orders that have personalization, we are not responsible for any errors on proof(s) that have been approved by customer. You are responsible for looking over your proof very carefully to ensure it's accuracy. All sales are final. Your products are packaged professionally for safe shipping and your products are thoroughly examined before shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION:
If you have placed an order online or with an account specialist over the phone or email, once your order has been entered into our system, you are in contract with Harrison Greetings. You may cancel within 24 hours of order placement however you will only receive store credit equal to your order. If you cancel before your proof is created, we will gladly refund your order.
